We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our global Marketing Technology & Operations team in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end workflow processes for marketing campaigns, establishing scalable marketing operations processes, and developing multi-touch attribution dashboards to optimize marketing performance and budget investment.

The Marketing Operations Manager will play a critical role in optimizing our marketing efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage workflow processes for marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to execution
  • Establish and maintain scalable marketing operations processes
  • Develop and analyze multi-touch attribution dashboards
  • Work cross-functionally with Life Cycle Marketing, Sales Ops, Analytics and Data
  • Ensure data collection and management
  • Develop global processes for database hygiene and optimization
  • Understand customer journey and lead flows
  • Develop and maintain HTML email templates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Implement marketing automation tools and processes
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proven experience in HTML coding and email template creation
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to understand business requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Accreditations in Marketo or similar
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the finance industry
  • Relevant certifications in marketing automation or project management
