Department Overview:

The Wholesale Parts department is responsible for maintaining wholesale parts sales and developing strategies to support our parts revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Associate Consultant to support our Technical Training Operations team. The successful candidate will assist in general marketing and sales support tasks, resource allocation, database maintenance and updates, process improvement initiatives, project analysis, design, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Office Operations: Ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency by managing office operations and procedures.
  • Assist in Report Preparation: Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports to support business decision-making.
  • Develop Cloud-Based Filing System: Develop and maintain a cloud-based filing system to ensure efficient document management.
  • Order Office Supplies: Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers to optimize our procurement process.
  • Maintain Contact Lists: Maintain contact lists and handle correspondence to ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Participate in Project Management: Participate in project management tasks to ensure timely completion of projects and achieve business objectives.
  • Perform Data Entry and Analysis: Perform data entry and data analysis to support decision-making and business growth.
  • Assist with Budget Management: Assist with budget management to ensure effective financial planning and resource allocation.
  • Assist with Fleet Logistics: Assist with fleet logistics to ensure efficient transportation and delivery of goods.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Current junior or senior in college pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or Data Engineering.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and planning skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular), ability to multitask and prioritize work, attention to detail and problem-solving skills, outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Additional Information:

  • Availability: Available from September 2024 to September 2025.
  • Work Schedule: Hybrid in-person schedule, up to 28 hours maximum per week.
  • Proof of Proficiency: Proof of proficiency in required skills and qualifications.
  • Availability during Core Working Hours: Available during core working hours of 10 AM - 3 PM Eastern.
