Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at Daimler Trucks North America LLC. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-level technical training programs to support the training needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Needs Research and Planning:

Requirements:

1. Education: University degree or college graduation, preferred major in automobile engineering.
2. Experience: Minimum 10 years of automobile industry relevant working experience. Customer-oriented mindset with good communication, organizational, administrative, and leadership skills. MB aftersales experience would be an advantage. Good English communication ability in the technical area is a mandatory requirement.
3. Specific Knowledge: Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a high-end vehicle brand.
