- Producing user-interface designs/implementations that embody the best industry-accepted standards.

- Consistently meet project deadlines.
- Work within an environment of constant improvement.
- Project professionalism, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude.
- Meet or exceed established performance goals.
- Years of experience with Java 8 / 11 is a must.
- You're fluent in English and feel very confident speaking and writing it.
- You have experience in application design and analysis; patterns and object-oriented programming.
- Experience in Java older versions is valuable.
- Experience in other languages like NodeJS is valuable.
- Experience migrating from older Java versions to newer versions is valuable.
- Experience in Web Services, REST API, integrating third-party APIs; OAuth, social networks and other integrations.
- Experience in modern technologies including: clouding like AWS (EC2), GCP and/or Azure; container/virtualization like Docker/Vagrant.
- Experience developing with supporting tools such as Git and/or BitBucket; CI/CD: Jenkins, Maven, Gradle is valuable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in a consulting environment with a demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity and innovation.
