We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team at RateHawk. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
About the Role:
- Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Booking Support: Assist clients with booking cancellations and changes through our CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Provide expert advice on our products and services to clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Upper Intermediate level of English proficiency (both spoken and written).
- Soft Skills: Kindness, empathy, stress-resistance, politeness, and responsibility.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and internal databases.
- Travel Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the travel business and booking systems is an advantage.
