The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and project finance, with a strong understanding of revenue recognition, variance analysis, unbilled/unearned and cash flow management, and backlog forecasting.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct monthly reviews and analyses of assigned projects to ensure timely reporting of revenue and billing deliverables.
- Prepare financial reports for assigned projects, including contract opportunities, backlog, and other ad-hoc financial analysis as required.
- Review and approve work movements, changes, and final remaining revenue adjustments for assigned projects.
- Maintain accurate project journals, write-offs, and financial adjustments.
- Monitor unbilled, write-off activity, over-the-limit, and contract activation exception reports, resolving or escalating unusual activity.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Advanced English skills (speaking, reading, writing & listening).
- 5 years' experience in accounting or project finance, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Knowledge of Peoplesoft Project and Microsoft Office applications.
- Technical accounting skills and analytical abilities.
