We are seeking temporary call center agents to work with our client, a leading provider of property value assessment solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service background, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls, live chats, and emails from property owners who wish to dispute their property values.
- Schedule appointments using our proprietary software.
- Enter information accurately and completely into our system.
- Guide conversations to keep them brief and on topic.
- Provide answers to basic questions about the dispute process.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Advanced level of English proficiency.
