We are seeking temporary call center agents to work with our client, a leading provider of property value assessment solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service background, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls, live chats, and emails from property owners who wish to dispute their property values.
  • Schedule appointments using our proprietary software.
  • Enter information accurately and completely into our system.
  • Guide conversations to keep them brief and on topic.
  • Provide answers to basic questions about the dispute process.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Advanced level of English proficiency.
  • A quiet, private workspace with a reliable internet connection.
