We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at MANN+HUMMEL GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling local and import product development projects.
Main Responsibilities- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer expectations.
- Project Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor project progress, evaluate procedures, documentation, costs, and performance indicators to ensure compliance with deadlines.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in project presentation meetings, collaborate with technical areas to define project needs, and validate development requirements.
- Resource Allocation: Plan and allocate resources, including team members, equipment, physical space, technology, and systems, to meet project requirements.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing differentiated service and aligning their needs with our scope of supply.
- Project Closure: Ensure the smooth running of projects, monitoring planning and making necessary updates to ensure timely completion.
- Technical Expertise: Perform complex technical activities, prepare and control work schedules and processes, and provide technical guidance to less experienced professionals.
- Communication Skills: Advanced English language skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Education: Complete degree in Engineering desirable.
