About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Native Software Developer to join our team at AgileEngine. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality cloud-native applications using modern software engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable, high-availability, high-performance cloud-native applications using C# and best practices for building enterprise cloud-native applications.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key problems affecting the team and adopt innovative technical solutions.
  • Design and guide feature design and implementation of features for the entire team.
  • Act as the go-to expert in at least one technical area and have a very good working knowledge of the broader architecture of the entire system.
Requirements
  • 5 years of software development experience and/or commensurate skills in building commercial applications with modern software engineering practices.
  • Experience completing tasks quickly and efficiently at a production level.
  • Experience running and taking ownership of large project deliverables both collaboratively and independently.
  • Experience reducing the complexity of projects, services, and processes to get more done with less work.
  • A track record of being a strong influencer in distributed software delivery teams' full software development life cycle using Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps practices.
  • Deep knowledge of C# and best practices for building enterprise cloud-native applications.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud technologies; AWS is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Good to have: CI/CD, Infrastructure as code, Apache Spark.
