You Will:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients independently with a focus on large accounts
  • Support campaigns throughout their entire lifecycle
  • Evaluate client satisfaction and retention
  • Present regular performance reports to clients and persuasive business review presentations for key clients
  • Cultivate timely payments
  • Negotiate business terms and conduct upselling efforts
  • Pursue optimizations to meet client and internal objectives
  • Provide internal reporting on campaign and individual performance
  • Mentor junior colleagues in campaign management areas
  • Drive company-wide or local projects in account management
  • Develop expertise and become a go-to professional in specific knowledge areas

Required Experience:

  • Experience in account management and working with large clients
  • Proficiency in programmatic/retargeting advertising
  • Persuasive communication skills, experience in negotiations and presentations
  • Strong problem-solving skills, quantitative skills, and proficiency in Excel
  • A strong track record of success in previous roles
  • Clear motivation and self-motivation
  • Availability to work in Buenos Aires two times a week
  • Native Spanish language skills with fluency in English
  • Ability to travel 5-15%
