Position Overview:
TRC Total Renal Care Inc is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth administrative processes that contribute to the care of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate documentation including treatment logs, patient charts, and invoices.
- Facilitate patient check-ins and assist with scheduling appointments.
- Provide support in coordinating transportation for patients.
- Utilize strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, to enhance operational efficiency.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required; medical secretary certification is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a related administrative role within a healthcare environment.
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
