Job Title: Senior Proposal Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a senior proposal coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist the proposal manager in developing and coordinating proposals for our clients. If you have a strong background in project management and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the proposal manager in managing all phases of the client proposal lifecycle.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Identify critical delivery issues and address them with the team before customer exposure.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project/delivery management.
- Demonstrated experience in managing clients from start to end, including inceptions and pre-sales activities.
- Strong financial knowledge, with experience in managing project budgets and negotiating.
- Experience managing external clients.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent English level, communication, and leadership skills.
