We're seeking an experienced Senior Visual Designer to join our CRM team and lead the development of visually stunning experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create engaging designs and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
This role involves:
- Developing and executing high-quality visual designs that meet client expectations
- Collaborating with Art Directors and Creative Directors to ensure design consistency and excellence
- Mentoring junior designers and contributing to the growth and development of the team
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design decisions
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience designing for CRM and campaign projects
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Keynote
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A keen eye for detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure
