The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage lease renewal documentation and ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and submit lease documents to the relevant authorities.
- Update apartment listings on various websites and manage availability.
- Respond to tenant inquiries via email and phone, and forward messages as necessary.
- Direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate contacts.
- Maintain accurate records of lease agreements and correspondence.
- Apply Microsoft Office and other relevant software to optimize operations.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general tech-savviness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in administrative support or property management is an asset.
