Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Account Manager to oversee the success of our staff augmentation services. As a key point of contact, you will work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and develop strategies to meet those demands.

Your primary responsibilities will include negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and collaborating with recruiters to identify top talent. You will also be responsible for onboarding new resources, ensuring seamless project execution, and maintaining open communication channels with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent project management, negotiation, and leadership skills. Your expertise in the technology industry, combined with your ability to build strong relationships with clients, is essential for driving growth and client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- At least 5 years of experience in managing agile software development projects
- Strong background working with staff augmentation services in the technology industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships up to executive level within client organizations
- Skilled in technology stack and profiles
- Strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction
- Contract management methods/techniques and experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Willingness to travel to local client offices as needed
