As the Head of Processes, you will play a crucial role in developing and leading our global process optimization strategy, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with international standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in leadership roles within industrial operations or process management, preferably in crushing plants. A degree in Production, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related fields is required, with specialization or proven experience in industrial process management being a plus.
You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across regions to implement best practices, innovative technologies, and industrial process benchmarks. Your technical knowledge should include processing and transhipment assets, such as crushing plants, refineries, biodiesel, ports, and silos, as well as understanding of process management systems like Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
We are looking for a proactive profile with strong leadership and effective communication skills, able to influence and collaborate on global initiatives. You will be responsible for strategic development, optimization and continuous improvement, operational support, technological innovation, monitoring, training and development, integration and synergy, and more.
