Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Argentina. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for corporate reporting and analysis, financial modeling, and business partnering.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in financial analysis, Excel, Oracle-EssBase, and reporting tools. They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain complex financial models to support tactical and strategic decision-making.
  2. Routine and ad-hoc reporting and analysis of M&A requests.
  3. Support several G&A global function heads and perform expenditure analysis.
  4. Provide support to FP&A team on Anaplan needs by working closely with IT Anaplan System experts.
  5. Work closely with FP&A Operations to refine existing process and reporting needs.
  6. Lead the planning and development of annual budgets and monthly forecasts for responsible functions from start to finish.
Requirements
  1. Anaplan, Essbase SmartView, and Tableau experiences strongly preferred.
  2. Bachelor degree a must, MBA preferred (top tier school strongly preferred).
  3. Ability to set and meet tight deadlines.
  4. Eager to learn and have a natural curiosity to numbers.
  5. Exceptional attention to detail with high standard for data accuracy.
  6. Strong ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of data.
  7. Excellent communication skills.
  8. Possess great acumen to understand and effectively deliver business requirements.
