As a Senior Finance Director, you will lead the financial planning and analysis efforts, providing strategic guidance and driving overall performance to achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance to the South Cone Region, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement regional plans through thorough analysis of market developments and key strategies to be implemented.
  • Collaborate with business functions to support and facilitate strategic deals and projects focused on quality improvements, strategic goals, and optimized financial outcomes.
  • Drive profitability projects impacting current and future business models and pricing structure through in-depth analysis of investment proposals, reasonableness of assumptions/impacts, and ability to discuss and challenge these assumptions.
  • Deliver insightful financial presentations to the South Cone Leadership team, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Develop and manage regional Budget/Forecast/Multiyear processes for revenues, revenue drivers, investments, and headcount, requiring in-depth knowledge and analysis of the business and market conditions.
  • Provide timely revenue and investment variations against budget, forecast, and prior year using various statistical, trend, seasonality, and business logic analysis.
  • Analyze revenue drivers by Country, Client, and Product, Pricing Impacts, impacts of Foreign Exchange rate fluctuations, which require in-depth knowledge of the Visa Business.
  • Support the creation of communication materials for regional financial presentations through solid logical construction.
