We are looking for an outstanding Senior Tech Support Representative to join our team. As a Technical Support Expert, you will be responsible for identifying software solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and diagnosing and repairing faults. You will also speak to customers to quickly get to the root of their problems and provide timely and accurate customer feedback.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role. Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS is required, as well as attention to detail and good problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and high English level are also essential.
