We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Software Architect to join our team at Softwaremind. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for architecting complex features, mentoring engineers, and collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to create high-quality architecture and scalable solutions.
About the Role
- Provide technical expertise to a team of several engineers to develop new and maintain existing features.
- Focus on application architecture to ensure we produce high-quality software.
- Create and develop backend applications in Microservices architecture.
- Cooperate with Quality Engineers to ensure a reasonable level of automated end-to-end tests coverage.
- Cooperate with software architects to ensure the alignment of proposed solutions on a system-level.
- Promote a culture of using reusable code, quality standards, and libraries for future use, promoting efficiency and consistency.
- Utilize the latest tech stack within the.NET ecosystem, running natively on Azure.
- Take care of application security, from design to implementation.
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate product vision into reality. This includes planning, implementing, and launching core features that elevate our user experience.
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in software development and architecture.
- Experience in mentoring and leading teams of engineers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
