Product Marketing Manager - Tensilica IP

Cadence Design Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to drive the success of our Tensilica IP products. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and solutions to customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product marketing plans to drive customer adoption and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Develop and maintain product marketing materials, including product briefs, datasheets, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales enablement materials and provide training on product features and benefits.
  • Manage and execute trade show and event marketing activities to showcase our products and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to understand their needs and preferences.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, sales, or engineering, with a focus on embedded processors and digital signal processing.
  • Strong understanding of product marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical information and communicate it effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience with ARM, RISC-V, or other embedded processor architectures.
  • Knowledge of digital signal processing and machine learning concepts.
  • Experience with product marketing automation tools and platforms.
