**Job Description:**
As a Global Production Management Team Lead, you will work in an energetic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will interface with business users as necessary for defining requirements and streamlining design. Modify and enhance existing systems to incorporate new functionality and to optimize them for performance. Provide production support by identifying root causes and proposing solutions. Interact with different business groups like Product Control, Finance, Market Risk, Front-office and Middle-office users.
**Responsibilities:**
- Work in an energetic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Interface with business users as necessary for defining requirements and streamlining design.
- Modify and enhance existing systems to incorporate new functionality and to optimize them for performance.
- Provide production support by identifying root causes and proposing solutions.
**Skills and Knowledge Required:**
- Strong analytical skills.
- Client-oriented.
- Solid organizational skills; detail-oriented and great reading comprehension.
- Capable of handling changes/uncertainty by quickly adapting to new processes.
- Proficient in PL/SQL or SQL (good skills in writing SQL queries preferably in Oracle).
- Knowledge in Git, Unix, Linux, Groovy, Java, Python.
