The Role

Key Objectives:
  • Lead and manage a team of experienced Customer Service professionals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer experience and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor departmental metrics and data regularly.
  2. Anticipate and resolve issues during process flows.
  3. Collaborate with other operational teams to assist with regulated procedures and ongoing operational duties.
  4. Provide teams with resources, tools, and processes to do their job effectively.
Requirements:
  1. 2+ years of relevant experience in leading a team in a call center/backoffice environment.
  2. Proven track record of analytical skills combined with effective decision-making capability.
  3. Fluency in Spanish and English.
