Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational and strategic management of the 1st Line of Technical Support Department. This includes:
- Developing and implementing effective cross-functional processes.
- Providing expert technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams.
- Leading a team of technical support specialists.
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution.
