Key Responsibilities
- On-site IT Support
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Inventory Management
- Manage and maintain inventory of devices, including laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices, and other equipment.
- Technical Support for Networks and Servers
- Provide technical support and assistance for networks and servers, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- IMAC and Break-Fix Support
- Provide technical support and assistance for IMAC (Install, Move, Add, and Change) and break-fix support, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of devices and software.
- Support in Meeting Rooms
- Provide technical support and assistance for devices in meeting rooms, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Requirements
- Technical Skills
- Experience in managing, installing, and maintaining devices such as laptops, desktops, printers, Android tablets, and mobile devices, as well as supporting Windows and MacOS operating systems.
- Communication Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, including assertive communication and VIP users' treatment.
- Technical Knowledge
- Extensive experience with the Service Now tool, including registration, management, and reporting of incidents.
- Language Skills
- Mastery of the English language, desirable (conversational and written).
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 12:00 am. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
