As a key member of our team at IQVIA Argentina, you will be responsible for the delivery of site activation, maintenance, and regulatory activities for selected studies or multi-protocol programs. This includes pre-award activities, oversight of the scope of work and resources, and ensuring that all activities are executed in accordance with the agreed-upon project timelines.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of site activation and maintenance for assigned projects, ensuring that all activities are completed within the agreed-upon timelines, budget, and scope.
- Develop and implement site activation delivery strategies for assigned projects, taking into account project scope and specifics, regulatory requirements, and contract elements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project team members, and local regulatory specialists to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of site activation status, activation projections, risks, and opportunities.
- Mentor and coach colleagues as required, ensuring that all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality results.
- Ensure accurate completion and maintenance of internal systems, client systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans with project-specific information.
