The Opportunity

This position works out of our production plant based in Florencio Varela.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  1. Monitor and manage all aspects of the financial control of the operation, including budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with corporate and regulatory standards. Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide insights to senior management.
  3. Prepare the plant's annual budget, its quarterly reviews, and present these plans to senior management.
  4. Manage a team of financial analysts, with the challenge of strengthening it and maintaining high motivation.
  5. Actively interact with operations, quality, and procurement teams to ensure compliance with objectives and facilitate decision-making processes.
Required Qualifications

You must have:

  1. A B.S. in Degree in Business Administration / Accountancy or related careers.
  2. English: fluency in writing and conversation.
  3. Other Knowledge/Skills: Accounting, P&L management, cost estimates, analysis of economic variations, definition and analysis of scenarios, process improvement, project management, leadership in work team management.
  4. Experience of more than 5 years in similar positions in financial planning and leading high-qualified teams.
