**The Opportunity**

This position works out of our Production Plant based in Florencio Varela.

**What You’ll Do**
- Monitor and manage all aspects of the financial control of the operation, including budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with corporate and regulatory standards. Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide insights to senior management.
- Prepare the plant's annual budget, its quarterly reviews and present these plans to senior management.
- Manage a team of financial analysts, with the challenge of strengthening it and maintaining high motivation.
- Actively interact with operations, quality and procurement teams to ensure compliance with objectives and facilitate decision-making processes.

**Required Qualifications**
- B.S. in Degree in Business Administration / Accountancy or related careers.
- English: fluency in writing and conversation
- Other Knowledge/Skills: Accounting, P&L management, cost estimates, analysis of economic variations, definition and analysis of scenarios, process improvement, project management, leadership in work team management
- Experience of more than 5 years in similar positions in financial planning and leading high qualified teams.
