Key Responsibilities- Manage Quality of Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of high-quality services to our clients, ensuring timely completion of projects and meeting client expectations.
- Execute FAAS Solutions: Utilize the Global Service Delivery Framework to deliver accounting and PMO support for transactions, including purchase price accounting, divestiture/carve-out accounting, IPOs, SPACs, and fresh-start accounting.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements and Management's Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) for clients.
- GAAP Conversion: Assist clients with GAAP conversion and implementation of new accounting standards.
- Accounting Knowledge: Possess a good understanding of IFRS/US/UK GAAP and Indian accounting and auditing standards.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
- Research and Analytical Skills: Showcase ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.
- Travel Requirements: Be flexible and willing to travel on short notice, as necessary.
- Transaction Accounting and Reporting: Have working experience in transaction accounting and reporting, including IPOs, SPACs, carve-outs, and purchase price allocation.
- GAAP Conversions: Assist clients with GAAP conversions and implementation of new accounting standards.
- Drafting and Designing Accounting Policies: Draft and design accounting policies for clients.
- Technical Accounting Research and Advice: Provide technical accounting research and advice to clients.
- Accounting Degree: Hold a degree in Accounting.
- Professional Certifications: Possess relevant professional certifications, such as CPA or CA.
