As a Bellboy, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your duties will include:
- Assisting guests with their luggage and escorting them to their rooms
- Providing information about hotel services and amenities
- Responding to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise
- Working closely with the front desk team to ensure seamless guest service
- Maintaining a clean and organized bell stand and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Physical stamina to lift and move luggage
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
