- Assist in the preparation of offering materials, including executive summaries and investor presentations.
- Support investors with due diligence requests.
- Conduct in-depth quantitative financial analysis and modeling to determine optimal offering structures.
- Research potential investors and their market landscape.
- Collaborate with senior bankers on company and fund valuations, market mapping, and other strategic initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, industries, and strategies.
**Requirements**
