Sagan Recruitment is looking for a Healthcare Liaison and Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient communication, scheduling, and clinic operations, as well as collaborating with the doctor and leadership team to refine processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient emails, inquiries, and follow-ups to maintain a high-touch experience.
- Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments with precision.
- Oversee the Quarterly Blood Draw process ordering, tracking, and scheduling lab reviews.
- Maintain and update patient records in Tebra (EMR) and other systems.
- Track and manage pharmacy orders, ensuring timely medication and peptide deliveries.
Requirements:
- Experience in patient coordination, clinical administration, or healthcare concierge roles.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Advanced organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
