We are looking for a Business Operations Associate to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This remote role involves providing administrative support and assisting with various tasks related to the CEO's businesses and volunteer work.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule appointments.
- Prioritize and respond to emails and other inquiries in a timely manner.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expenses.
- Conduct research and gather information on various topics.
- Assist with financial tasks and maintain confidentiality.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and technical skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Bilingualism in Spanish and English is required.
- Work with a dynamic and entrepreneurial CEO.
- Full-time position available - working hours: 10 am to 7 pm (Argentina time zone).
- USD monthly payments.
