About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Bitso. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for new prospects and will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify and engage with new leads through inbound calls, chats, and contact forms to identify potential customers for our digital intelligence solutions.
  • Conduct research to find relevant insights and data to share with prospects, showcasing the value that Bitso can bring to their business strategy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects to build trust and establish Bitso as a trusted partner.
  • Partner with our marketing department to brainstorm and execute campaigns that demonstrate the value of our insights to our registered user base.
  • Utilize sales enablement tools, sales intelligence, and CRM software to improve sales processes and drive results.
Requirements
  • Two or more years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects and stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or at least five years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales enablement tools.
