Job Description

AgileEngine is a leading software development company that creates award-winning custom solutions for companies across various industries. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for learning and growth. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating interest and qualifying leads, scheduling appointments and demos, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound communication with leads to generate interest and qualify them
  • Scheduling appointments and demos with qualified prospects
  • Nurturing leads through the sales funnel
  • Maintaining accurate records of prospect interactions in our CRM system
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales development positions
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B companies
  • Strong communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
  • Basic sales skills
  • Resilience and persistence
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Strong sales acumen
  • Upper-intermediate English level
