Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and modify existing compensation and benefits programs to ensure alignment with company goals and compliance with relevant legislations.
- Develop and implement new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures that support business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve related issues.
- Collaborate with the HR team to support recruitment and talent management activities.
- Design and implement profit-sharing, incentive, employee wellness, and performance management programs.
- Lead subordinate HR employees and manage daily operations related to compensation and benefits activities.
- Analyze data and prepare budgets, reports, and presentations to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or in a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislations.
- Strong expertise in hard HRM, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English and Spanish.
