The Role

We're seeking an experienced Strategic CRM Director to lead our global CRM team across 20+ markets in Europe and the US. As part of our CRM strategy, we've built several global customer journeys for B2C and B2B customers. We need someone with extensive experience to help us take next steps on our CRM journey.

You'll be responsible for developing our CRM strategy, vision, goals, and KPIs in line with our business strategy. You'll also grow and manage our CRM team, including a team of experienced consultants, to achieve our targets and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive CRM strategy to drive long-term growth and customer experience.
  • Growing and managing the CRM team to ensure the right skills are in place to build a solid foundation that can scale over time.
  • Translating business goals into engaging, impactful, and scalable CRM programs across all our owned channels.
  • MAPPING CUSTOMER JOURNEYS AND IDENTIFYING COMMON FRAMEWORKS TO LEVERAGE ACROSS THE EASYPARK BUSINESS.
  • Using customer, marketing, behavior, and conversion data to find new opportunities and refine plans for customer acquisition, retention, cross- and upsell, win back, and other lifecycle campaigns.
  • Working closely with our Product team to identify effective ways of working and collaboration to ensure joint teams deliver on growth targets.
  • Driving incremental revenue and transactions while improving relevancy through experimentation and personalization.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • 10-15 years of CRM experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience as Head of CRM or similar.
  • Extensive leadership experience, leading both direct reports and/or other teams.
  • Experience from a centralized set-up serving multiple countries and products.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Salary: €120,000 - €150,000 per year, depending on experience.

This role will ideally be based in Stockholm, but we're open to considering candidates across the UK and Europe.
