The Clinical Research Lead is responsible for managing clinical Investigators and sites participating in Lilly clinical trials and Post Marketing Safety Studies.
This role involves identifying and qualifying Investigators/sites, delivering timely clinical trial enrollment, and ensuring inspection readiness.
The CRL will oversee vendor monitoring activities at clinical trial sites, including identifying, mitigating, and escalating significant findings and trends.
Key Responsibilities- Accountable for site identification, qualification, and enrollment planning.
- Responsible for comprehensive investigator management, including performance management and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities to accelerate trial enrollment and drive a seamless clinical trial experience.
- Develop and implement risk plans to ensure clinical trial commitments.
- Ensure site and country level inspection readiness.
