Role Overview

This Senior Clinical Operations Manager position plays a critical role in the delivery of clinical trials at Iqvia Llc. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and successful delivery of clinical studies in accordance with regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and internal standards.

Your primary objectives will include:

  • Ensuring the clinical delivery of assigned projects meets contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet project targets
  • Contributing to the development of project risk mitigation plans and managing clinical risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensuring high-quality clinical delivery by identifying quality standards, monitoring compliance, and overseeing the management of clinical quality issues
  • Managing stakeholder relationships through effective communication and resolution management

Requirements

  • Advanced degree or equivalent education in life science or healthcare (recommended)
  • At least 7 years of experience in clinical research or monitoring, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • 2-3 years of experience leading clinical research studies, preferably in a regional or global setting
  • Demonstrated capabilities in supporting operational aspects of clinical trial-related activities
  • Fluent English language skills (oral and written)
