Responsibilities:
- Test Setup Sustainment: Develop, maintain, and improve test setups to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Collaboration with Test Engineers: Work closely with Test Engineers to evaluate and qualify test equipment, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Corrective Action Implementation: Implement necessary corrective actions to address test quality-related issues and ensure compliance with test setup requirements.
- Fixture Wiring and Debugging: Perform fixture wiring and debugging to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety requirements and best practices in the workplace.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Power Supply Theory and Digital Electronics: Strong knowledge of power supply theory and digital electronics.
- Manufacturing Process Understanding: Comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing process and its impact on test equipment performance.
- Test Setup and Equipment Maintenance: Familiarity with test setup and equipment maintenance procedures.
- Safety Protocols and 6S: Knowledge of safety protocols and 6S principles to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Test Measuring Instruments: Proficiency in operating test measuring instruments effectively.
- Mechanical 3D Drawing and Soldering Techniques: Familiarity with mechanical 3D drawing software and techniques, as well as skilled in soldering techniques and materials.
- TPM and ICT, IC Programming, EEPROM, and Functional Test: Understanding of TPM principles and their application in reducing downtime and improving productivity, as well as proficiency in ICT, IC programming, EEPROM, and functional testing techniques.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year experience in a manufacturing test environment.
