Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong site relationships through effective communication and site management.
- Conduct site visits, including initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Collect, review, and monitor regulatory documentation, including informed consent forms and case report forms.
- Identify and resolve site performance, quality, or compliance issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and pharmacovigilance, to ensure seamless trial execution.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CTMS and eTMF systems.
- Minimum 2 years of direct site management experience in a bio/pharma/CRO environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field.
