About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate to join our team. As a CRA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clinical trials by conducting site visits, monitoring study progress, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, and maintain relevant documentation
  • Support the development of subject recruitment plans and establish regular communication with sites
  • Evaluate the quality and integrity of site practices and escalate quality issues as necessary
  • Manage progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form completion, and data query resolution
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or scientific discipline or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of remote monitoring experience or as a Study Coordinator
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Travel availability (50%)
