About the JobYou will lead a team of professionals in LATAM, focusing on patient identification, enrollment, and retention in clinical trials. You will develop and implement strategies to support trial sites and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Manage a team of CTAs across LATAM, providing guidance and support to achieve clinical trial objectives.
- Feasibility Assessments: Conduct feasibility assessments to identify potential trial sites and develop engagement plans.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliant practices and interactions with PIs, site staff, and patient referring HCPs & sites in alignment with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws.
- Clinical Team Collaboration: Work closely with client clinical and CRO colleagues to ensure effective and compliant alignment and communications plans with clinical teams.
- KPI Achievement: Define and ensure appropriate achievement of performance measures (KPIs), including reporting of field activities and timely communication.
- Study Support Services: Support the study teams in the implementation and conduct of clinical study steering committees and other program/study related meetings.
