Job Description
The Clinical Team Lead will be responsible for managing clinical trials in Latin America. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in clinical research, and knowledge of local and regional regulations.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement trial plans and strategies
- Select and manage sites for clinical trials
- Oversee the collection and management of data
- Maintain relationships with external experts and investigational sites
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Clinical Research working for a pharmaceutical company or CRO
- Strong leadership skills and experience in clinical trial project management
- Knowledge of local and regional regulations
- University degree in Life Science
