Job Title: Manager, Social Media

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Social Media to join our Consumer Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, growth, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals and objectives.
  • Manage and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including influencers and brand ambassadors.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent content creation and curation skills, with the ability to develop engaging and relevant content.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
