HR Manager

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Cabot Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process, including preparation and submission of reports to external providers, as well as ensuring compliance with local and regional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the payroll process, including preparation and submission of reports to external providers
• Ensure compliance with local and regional requirements, including follow-up on tax payments
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to the accounting department
• Participate in the implementation of compensation systems and manage extralegal benefits
• Provide support to employees on payroll-related issues
• Follow up on annual holiday programs and prepare monthly reports
• Be accountable for file and confidentiality management of employee records
• Prepare and deliver local, regional, and corporate reports required in the area
• Participate in continuous improvement working groups, such as quality, safety, and health

Requirements:

• Ability to plan and coordinate different activities
• Discipline, organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Teamwork, communication, and good interpersonal relations
• Service-oriented initiative and resourcefulness to make decisions when meeting with employees
• Confidentiality
• Negotiation skills
• Fluency in English
• Graduate degree certificate
• At least 1 year experience in the human resources area
• Knowledge of payroll management and compensation systems
• Good knowledge of computer tools (Office)
• Knowledge of local labor laws

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
