**PURPOSE**
Coordinates the administration of organizations's labor relations policies, interacting with labor unions and keeping updated labor procedures.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITES**
- Serves as a liaison between labor unions and unionized personnel supporting and counseling areas.
- Monitors compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements provisions or with any other corporate equivalent.
- Keeps Labor Union informed on disciplinary issues or eventual downsizings.
- Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his/her staff and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
