We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at LatamCent.com. As a Part-Time Bookkeeper, you will assist with various financial tasks, including QuickBooks monthly bookkeeping, payroll processing, and contractor/vendor payments.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks.
  2. Process payroll for employees and contractors on time.
  3. Oversee invoice management, including issuing client invoices and tracking payments.
  4. Handle vendor and contractor invoices efficiently.
  5. Monitor cash flow and reconcile accounts to ensure accurate financial transactions.
  6. Support financial reporting and tax preparation as needed.
  7. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience in bookkeeping and financial management.
  2. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential.
  3. Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
  4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
