Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing multiple tasks and resources with different needs simultaneously
- Prioritizing tasks to ensure timely delivery and meeting project scope
- Mentoring and coaching team members to improve their skills and performance
- Developing relationships with key stakeholders both within the company and with customers
- Nurturing Avaturian well-being and growth by motivating and guiding team members
You'll work closely with senior management and your team to define and carry out improvements to both the Avature team and product. Your day-to-day activities will involve identifying potential risks and delays, verifying that projects are within scope, coordinating tasks, and maintaining effective information flow within the team.
To be successful in this role, you'll need advanced English language skills, excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities. You should have experience in project management in a software development environment, including waterfall and agile methodologies. Mentoring and leadership experience is also essential.
