Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Full fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Solid experience as a Project Manager or Senior Engineer
- Ability to manage complex stakeholders and lead teams
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Project, and SAP
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
